29/3/19 6.30-10pm Soul Train photoshoot, Lancaster Grand Theatre
Soul Train www.SoulTrain.org.uk would like to invite up to 8 LPS members to take photographs of the new Soul Train Show performing at Lancaster Grand Theatre on Friday 29th March 2019, which is a very visual fun production. Each photographer will receive a complimentary pass for the show and will also be offered the opportunity to bring a guest for free too. All they ask in return is to receive show images from each photographer within 14 days (via WeTransfer). They wish to retain copyright (and thus no printing of names on any photographs) so that they can use them for promotional purposes (not sold by them). Images may of course be used for amateur competitions and portfolios and in fact you may also want to run a competition for best photo. Arrival time at the venue will be 6.30 pm for 7.30pm start as everything needs to be organised by 7pm when customers enter the room and start to be seated. In terms of the technicalities, use of flash is not allowed indoors as it annoys customers, having said this, follow spots and stage lighting have enabled some great pictures to be taken in the past. At the meet and greet which takes place immediately (within 1 minute ! after curtains closing for the end of the show) usually in the foyer and then as much flash as possible is encouraged in a fun paparazzi-style meet with fans. Video is always welcomed if some members who would prefer to do filming. As places are limited, please register via Eventbrite (free) https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/soul-train-photoshoot-at-lancaster-grand-theatre-tickets-59263904935 and more details will be sent to Eventbrite ticket holders next week - as places are limited, YOU MUST REGISTER VIA THE EVENTBRITE LINK TO ATTEND.
